Safer play
Gaming is meant as an evening out, not a living. These are the tools that keep it that way.
✦
1. Our commitment
Every page of LuckyBoom carries an 18+ marker and a link to begambleaware.org. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.
✦
2. Tools available to you
- Self-exclusion — requested by email from your registered address, active within 24 hours, with a minimum lock of 6 months.
- Cooling-off — a 7-day break available on request.
- Session awareness — keep an eye on your play time and transaction history, and take regular breaks.
- Parental control — guidelines on keeping devices and login details out of the reach of minors.
✦
3. Know the signs
Consider taking a break or asking for help if you:
- spend more time or money than you planned;
- borrow money or miss obligations to gamble;
- feel restless or irritable when you try to stop;
- hide your gambling from people close to you.
✦
4. Keeping control
- Decide on a budget and a time limit before you start.
- Treat gambling as paid entertainment, not as income.
- Do not gamble when you are upset, tired or under the influence.
- Take regular breaks and review your transaction history.
✦
5. Where to get help
These independent organisations offer free, confidential support:
- GamCare — gamcare.org.uk
- Gambling Therapy — gamblingtherapy.org
- Gamblers Anonymous — gamblersanonymous.org
- BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org
✦
6. How to request a limit or exclusion
Write to support@luckyboom.com from your registered email address, or use the 24/7 live chat. Exclusion requests are acted on within 24 hours.
